I dislike to come at my own this way but the truth has to be said.The older woman at the shop is very rude,impolite,impatient and disrespectful.Last year,My sister in law went there to buy stuffs unfortunately her card was declined.
This woman spoke to her very bad,I personally went there and straightened things out clearly with her been an African myself and bought all the stuffs twice from her and made her to understand WE are the ones supporting your business so don’t disrespect US in anyway.
I was on the phone with my in-law when everything played out at the shop.She is always with a moody,angry and annoyed facial look as if she has an issue with everybody.I would be glad to support my own but with his attitude of hers it wouldn’t fly like that..

Really disgusting experience today. The lady at the checkout is super disrespectful, she seems like someone is bothering her. You ask a question, she barely answers and mumbles. I had been there 2 times in the past and received good service but I wouldn't set foot in this store again that's for sure. His attitude really left something to be desired and it was borderline insulting.

The lady who is always there is so disrespectful. I understand that there aren't many African/Haitian markets in Repentigny but one day that will change and no one will have to go to a place like this anymore. You have to have respect for your customers and not show them that they need you and that the opposite is not the same thing. Learn to be courteous, customer service is the backbone of a business. Do better!

I just did some shopping there and couldn't go to the bathroom. The cashier tells me that the toilets are for employees only. I would never go there again. Truly unbelievable
