I went into the branch to modify my account for payments on my credit line and the advisor did not do their job and never changed my account. Now I have called the telephone services multiple times to get support and they can’t help, I have left messages to the branch manager and they never got back to me. I want someone to contact me and fix the issue you created before this affects my credit score (for your mistake) horrible service and poor management !!!

Today is one week since RBC holds my money hostage for absolutely no reason, and with zero explanation.I deposited a cheque issued by a well established and known insurance company. I called the branch after 5 days, and after 40 minutes of waiting on the line and hearing how my call is important to them, nobody answered. Huge disappointment, this caused me some major inconveniences.
