Poor business service!
For a forgotten pin, I was asked for an identity document I provided two with photo giving all the necessary information, an employee completely lost, the manager arrives and says that my health card is "invalid" because it is plastic when there was only a simple transparent protective tape that I removed in front of her eyes, the same manager continued to ask questions with a septic area as if I was a thief, putting me discomfort and causing me to be 20 minutes late for work! Identifying the customer is normal but doing it in such a way, making the customer feel as if he is a “thief” and with an unkind face..it is not professional! While they are in possession of all your money!
The manager of TD Repentigny no longer makes me want to do business with this branch!

Never take out any insurance with TD
Instead, consult a real broker.
TD Insurance is independent of TD Bank.
And the bank says that they have no power over this in the branch, yet it is they who sold us this insurance. There is a great lack of communication between the two institutions.
I've been with them for 20 years and now I transfer everything with an independent broker. because TD has had very poor service for several years and it's getting worse. No respect for customers.

I'm adding a star simply because my appointment was on time. I had to make a transfer between my accounts. When it was time to sign the papers, my advisor left the office leaving me alone without any explanation for 30 minutes. Finally, she came back to tell me that it would only take 5 minutes because there was a problem in the computer system. After spending 1h30 at the bank, I leave. Looking at my account I see that double the amount heard has been debited from my account. I inform the manager who tells me she will follow up and leaves to go home. I receive a call from the advisor who tells me that the money has come back and to sign the papers saying everything is correct. She calls me back 15 minutes later to remind me to sign them even though I had just finished eating. In short, 2 hours at the bank and poor service. I never make this kind of comment but your advisor lost a contact card when giving it to me, it is in the recycling bin.

The assistant manager always likes to tell you that they don't provide such and such service...as if she doesn't want to do her job and it's easy to say no! You don't come to a bank to withdraw money, whose ATMs do it 24/7. If the director is not trained in all the skeptics that a bank does or if she does not make the effort...she does not deserve her position. Each time I have to go a Td further from home to have this same scenario which she refused..always tells me no! No!! I no longer want to be your customer even if I am 11 years old at td!
