I had a very bad experience, it was the first time I went to this place, I wanted to buy curtains, so I asked the store owner, if the color of the curtains does not work at Can I get a refund? He told me yes, no problem, if the curtains were not unpacked. So I went home to check the color and it didn't match. 30 minutes later I returned to the store, the owner told me that he cannot reimburse me for looking at the sign at the top of my head. I took the trouble to ask him before buying them and I I thought yes (bad thief and liar!!!)
I don't recommend this place to anyone!!

I drive an hour to come buy shelves that the seller displays on Marketplace and I take the trouble to check that they have them before I go. I arrive there and there are none in stock. Thanks for wasting my time, I won't be back.

I bought a toaster. I am told that it is new and that it is guaranteed for 10 days if defective. I reported it because it burns the toast on one side of the slice and browns the other side. I was told that this is completely normal. That it never cooks the same on each side. There is still a big difference between black (burnt) and gold. The man was very arrogant. Never had such bad customer service This was my first and last visit

Worst place to buy water machine which is filled with waste inside the pipes...the water is not hot at all and the owner who calls me not intelligent in English saying that I don't understand because I said in the store with customer inside that what he sold is disgusting on whether a complaint will be filed with consumer protection I do not advise at all to go to this store and to the person who writes to me we are not dsl please contact Amy done but she can never answer the call and always the same unpleasant owner who answers

The men in this center have zero courtesy and zero sense of customer service, they are even big crossers, be careful with the items they sell, they all have defects and sometimes they hide them and refuse the exchange or credit even if written on the invoice, if you come back they will treat you no matter what. Their return policy is ambiguous or even doesn't exist, I returned a defective item and box of cakes he refused to take them back, we are 4 days from the date of purchase no problems with it, but he says that he does not take back the food, firstly the box is closed and not touched secondly he himself only sells boxes already opened and are exactly like my purchased item, he refused to take back even the torn carpet and told me said go make soup with it!!!!i was shocked and asked me to leave the store immediately, even worse he took my bill and hid it pretending he gave it to me I stayed for 10 minutes watching him search left and right and accusing me that I had it on me and my bag, I showed him my pockets and my bag despite that he continued!!! There is a camera and I said I was going to call the police and I didn't move from there. When he saw that I insisted on having my bill he asked me to go get another carpet to replace the torn one, I understood what the little man was playing at and I knew he was going to pull it out of nowhere and indeed he actually said I found it while he denied the existence of the bill! ! What mediocrity!!! I'm going to file a complaint with the consumer protection department, that's for sure. It's really shameful and their practices are questionable. I will never set foot there. I can understand everything except trying to steal the bill I've never heard of that!!!! I will surely educate those around me to avoid these kinds of places.

Sold me a Carrera race track today March 17, 2024. The track in question is missing the Power supply, the 2 cars and the 2 controllers. Sold for $40. Nothing on the box telling me all the missing parts. Will never return to this place. Highly not recommended!!!
