Bad service and very rude .
They Made a mistake taking down my appointment details. I specified I needed a full tune up AND fluid change. They had me down for an oil change only. I waited weeks for this appointment. I’m expecting a child in the next couple days and I need this car in good working order.
Yells at clients and rude. Worse service ever. Avoid this place like the plague. I asked why he was yelling at me and he said “that’s the way it goes” and hung up the phones. I was being extremely polite.
They need to go out of business. I have never been treated this way as a potential customer. A real piece of crap.
Edit: you sure have some audacity to blame
me for not providing details when i was clearly in the market for a full tune up and not a simple oil change. There’s absolutely zero chance I asked for an oil change considering that’s not what I was in the market for. It’s sad that you can’t admit your mistake and yell at your customer.

Wonderful garage, mechanics are very friendly and professional, no problems with repairs. On the other hand, from the waiting room, you can sometimes hear the boss shouting at his wife (the secretary) or saying nasty things behind the backs of his employees, their wives or customers' property. Not very polite or nice stuff.
Edit: no point putting cute little answers written in advance to try to look good. If you had heard the comments I heard from the waiting room.... It was not very nice to the employees who are not even aware of the situation. Truly deplorable... And poor woman who gets yelled at...

A big thank you to Martin for the good service!!
I had a flat tire on the way to work, 2 minutes from their garage. As soon as I arrived, they immediately did the repair for $35!
I left in less than 1 hour!
