We were driving from Toronto to Hudson for the Christmas holidays when we ran into car problems in the Ile Aux Tourtes Bridge traffic. We had the car towed to Atelier FG in Rigaud.Although they were closed for the holiday, Fred (the owner happened to be there). He said he would look at it first thing the next morning and see what the problem was...This was appreciated as we were trying to leave to get back home.Sure enough, Fred called me around 9:30 the next day to say I could come pick up the car and get on my way. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue and the car was good to drive again.We were so happy to find an honest and helpful business (my brother who lives in Hudson used this mechanic as well and vouches for Fred honesty and integrity.FIVE STARS FOR SURE!!!

Worst experience. When calling the owner on the phone, I only went in for an oil change. The gentleman called me back to tell me that I would have to change my wheel table, it was going to cost around $100 for the (used) part. I trusted the mechanic and said yes, only to have a bill of $700 and more. When I looked at the invoice carefully, He had decided to change another part without my consent. I couldn’t believe it! I subsequently decided to have my car examined by another mechanic, to see the real problem and if it was necessary, and they told me that it was nothing that needed to be changed!!! Remember that I went there for an oil change for $60 + the time it was going to take.
