Without going into personal details, I was not in the best of emotional or mental state when I walked in. It was incredibly meaningful and appreciated when the female team member greeted me in such a friendly and kind way. But to go even further, somehow, she must have seen the grief in my eyes and she kept her interaction with me so professional and so gentle. She efficiently completed the transaction I needed to do. Her co-workers too, were kind to me, and to be honest, so were the other bank clients waiting in line behind me (I'd started crying and they patiently waited for me to get myself together).

Nowadays, it is so easy to complain and post the negative experiences we have with corporations or businesses. We all have them and it is a reality of life. I think it's equally important to post the positive interactions. I appreciated how my personal banking needs were handled at this location by the individuals who assisted me. The potential stress and further heartache I could have experienced, was replaced with empathy, patience, efficiency and professionalism. Thank you.

This location is wheelchair accessible and has parking for same just around back of the building. The common areas are clean and well lit, although this is an older location, it seems to be well-maintained.”
