I joined BMO a year ago as they were offering great promotions to open an account and credit card. I honestly really regret it! The customer service is absolutely terrible. I've been trying to get a hold of the credit card company for 3 months now and there is always a minimum of one hour wait, 2 hours and even often 4 hours! I've never seen anything like it. And even after waiting all this time, the clerk that picked up was giving me contradictory/false information and transferred me for another 30 minutes hold due to system problems. Honestly not worth any of their offers! Plus there are fees after a year! There is a way to avoid these, but once again, the personnel really lacks training and only explained this to me months later after changing all of my products unecessarily.
