Thanks to Carl and his team for the quick repair of our Mercedes Roadtrek camper.We were traveling from Ottawa to the Maritimes when the "check engine" light came on near Rimouski.Rimouski does not have a Mercedes dealer, by searching the internet, we found Carl Richard Expert Motoriste.He agreed to quickly carry out the diagnosis which showed the need to change the anti-pollution sensors.He quickly ordered the probes from Mercedes St-Nicolas which were delivered the next day and they installed them the same day at a lower cost to the dealership.Mr. Richard, a former racing team mechanic, is really an expert who specializes in German vehicles (BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes).He provides expert advice and excellent service!Thanks to him we were able to continue our trip without interruption.
