Hôtels Gouverneur Rimouski has a good location and polite staff. While some guests appreciate the excellent service and cleanliness of the rooms, others find the room conditions lacking, with issues like the absence of bedside lamps and outdated TV quality. Additionally, the reception area and backyard need improvement. The hotel has potential but requires more attention to its facilities and environment.
The only thing positive is location and view. No kitchen, no coffee machine, room is dated, we can even hear neighbours talking and upstairs walking. If this is your only option, it s acceptable since room is clean

The room was very clean. The only issue was that the shower curtain rod broke and they had difficulty fixing it.

Terrible shower, luke warm water. Coffee machine in the room didn't work and neither did the elevator.
