Worst customer experience of my life. I felt like the devil in a store because I was so unwelcome, I was kicked out of the store during my Friday shopping and what's more it was for my loved ones' Christmas presents. In short, I won't go back there again.

The opening hours of the post office are rarely up to date on the website/Google maps so it is better to call each time so as not to make the trip for nothing (it seems that the exact closing time is decided at the last minute).In the rest of the store I often had the impression of disturbing the employees when I asked questions about the services available; this includes the prescription counter. I ended up changing to the Jean Coutu on Bld Jessop and I find the team much friendlier and more professional.
