Worst service of my life. After buying a pair of boots, I wore them for 3 hours and they already had a hole caused by a manufacturing defect. I went back to the store to have them exchanged and the employee told me that it was impossible that it was a manufacturing defect and that it absolutely had to have been caused by me. Very disappointing for a pair of boots at $130. I finally won my case after persisting with the employee for several minutes. She replaced my boots and put the others back in the box to resell them to another customer...not great. If I could, I would give no stars to the review.
