No empathy for their customers in financial need. Forced to change pharmacies to be able to pay in two installments, otherwise I would not have been able to pay for my groceries. Plus, they say they'll call you back and every time they forget. Very bad service, I don't set foot there anymore.

I was beyond delighted with the service and dedication of the people who work so hard at this pharmacy! I have nothing but great comments to make for both the floor team and the laboratory! Despite their workload, everyone was more than kind, available to help and very professional. I highly recommend this place! Honestly, I find that, unfortunately, some people don't understand everything that working in a pharmacy requires and it's a shame because this team is fantastic and really several clients should go and do a one-day internship in order to better understand what the staff who work in the health sector experience. Maybe they would change their minds before writing bad comments. Sincerely HATS OFF TO THE WHOLE TEAM! Thank you for being there, for me and for the population when we are sick, when we need advice, despite the aggressiveness of some. Personally, I really have a lot of difficulty accepting this kind of attitude which ultimately becomes ingratitude. Thank you for this extraordinary resilience! In government offices it is posted in bold letters: No aggression will be tolerated! What are we waiting for to do the same thing in pharmacies... I sincerely believe that I will ask the banners myself. As a customer, I find it horrible to see this behavior which in any case only delays the work of these people even more and often ends up being pure venting. I end on a more optimistic note by saying: Wow! I had to highlight your excellent work... Out of the ordinary! I hope this word gets to management because you deserve it! More than satisfied customer!
