vous méritez même pas cette étoile pour votre si médiocre service à la clientèle. aucun signe d'un visage ou d'un ton de voix accueillant. pensez-y la prochaine fois et apprenez à ne pas fixez du regard un client qui a l'air étranger comme s'il était un extraterrestre. un ton de voix accueillant, ça paraît futile. mais c'est d'une importance collossale.
