On August 2 I bought a bottle of coconut rum, the same evening I served this rum to my guests (6 ounces in total). I followed the seller's advice to add frozen fruits, especially pineapple. The problem is that a few minutes later because of the cold, the coconut rum probably turned out like a cream which was no longer good, it wasn't so appetizing and the taste was so so! Not like the one she tells us we tasted in the branch! I returned the bottle to the branch in Rivière Rouge and was very poorly received! She told me that you had to do tests and that I would have the answer between 2 to 3 weeks, but it felt like I was wasting my time because she wouldn't believe me. I told her to do the test with cold, She told me that no, that’s not happening. It's been almost 3 weeks, I called yesterday (August 31) to find out what's going on! Still very poorly received on the phone! It's still a bottle for 37.75, plus I didn't give any receipt to show that he had my bottle, not very professional!
