Very bad experience. I wanted to try on a pair of heels but no employee came to see me. So I looked to see if there were any employees available to help me but they are difficult to recognize. I had in my hands the heel that I wanted to try. A lady came to me, I thought she was coming to help me, but no. She ripped the heel from my hands to place a small label on it. She then placed the heel that I had in my hands back on the shelf and went to put more labels on as if nothing had happened. She didn't even say a single word to me. It's a shame to do this, you'll miss out on a lot of sales.

I received a gift from Aldo place rosemere I went to exchange the labels and the code was all there I didn't even open it because I didn't like the color of the item the girl at the store didn't want to know, she wants me to come with the invoice I wonder what this service is, are we supposed to ask for the invoice when someone offers us a gift from Aldo?

Terrible experience! I went to return a pair of shoes for which the rubber on the heel had fell off after wearing them once. They didn’t have anymore at the Mirabel outlets, not online, there was one pair left in my size and it was a Rosemère.. the person told me he wasn’t customer service and that I would need to contact head office for approval for an exchange.. I explained that they had one size left and by the time all that happened they probably wouldn’t have the pair anymore. He literally told me so but the other pair but I’m not exchanging or refunding you. I agree- he certainly isn’t customer service as this was the worst service I’ve gotten. I have been loyal Aldo purchaser until now. I will be returning these shoes and never buying from Aldo again!
