Absolutely avoid for returns or exchanges. Just go to a different store.
Really awful supervisor responsible for service. Essentially prevented me from returning an item unless I bought an extended warranty and some items. Was increadibly rude and made up rules on the spot which he wasn't able to back up with anything, sometimes pointing at signs that didn't say any of that. Made a whole scene for absolutely nothing and made me feel like I was being unreasonable for asking a refund I was completely entitled to.
Asked if they could just take my return because I knew I could just go to another store and not deal with this. Told me to go ahead to another store. I did and got my money back there.
Thanks for wasting my time.

Liam was very helpful in choosing my laptop for university. Offered lots of info about the products I was interested in. Also he didn’t push me to buy anything, which made me trust his advice more. I ended up getting the laptop that he suggested to me according to my needs. Thank you !

Terrible Customer Service – Extremely Rude Manager
If I could give a zero star, I would. We went with my wife to Best Buy Place Rosemère to return an item that wasn’t suitable for us, and instead of receiving basic customer service, she was met with rudeness from a front desk employee. He told her that customers should “know what they’re buying” and even went as far as saying, “the client is never right.” When I pointed out that this is not how customer service works, he smugly responded, “I’m not customer service—I’m the manager.” Honestly, that made it even worse.
As someone who has worked in product management for over a decade, I have never seen such deplorable service. This individual has no place in a customer-facing role and desperately needs training on how to treat people with respect. The only positive outcome was that my child got to witness firsthand how not to behave in a professional setting.
Absolutely unacceptable. Best Buy should seriously reconsider who they put in leadership positions.

a clerk who wants to sell his guarantee which costs a third of the price of the item 🤣 When we refuse, wishes us good luck with our item with a condescending tone! No professionalism and good manners

I went to buy a sound system for my TV and Mathias helped me, very good service. He helped me with all my questions and I left very satisfied. Very friendly and patient.

Call place at the CCC I ask if he will take the services pu for nothing 50 inch tv at the Rosemere branch 30 min online to make me stupid
To then tell me that the store is open until 9:00 p.m.
Finally I will have to go in person to confirm if it accepts 50 inches

Do not buy anything at a discount written "open box"... The box was opened but returned because defective..... but, when you want to buy it, you are told that it is not defective. ... just return because not the right model

Come for pick up a tv already approved on my credit card (over 1,8 k). When I arrived the lady on the counter cancelled my transaction in order to make it to in store purchase without my consent. So my credit card got pending amount and I get over my credit limit to buy it second time. They advised me to increase my credit limit. Or pay with two cards, what I have to finally do in order to leave the store (what a waste of time and luck of customer service)
I hope the management can look into this scam scheme. I guess they canceled online purchase to get the percentage from in store transaction.

It really gives the impression that this store is going to close given that the La Source store on Place Rosemère is in the process of being converted into a Best Buy Express. There are few people in the store, almost more clerks than customers, anyway! A wide choice of TV and for all budgets. Same thing for laptops. The music is way too loud, it ruins the shopping experience. Watch the video.
