Dear Best Buy Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your store located at 401 boulevard labelle , Rosemère on 2/12/2023. My intention was to purchase a mouse, and an employee named Benjamin assisted me by providing the product and confirming its price as $40.To my surprise, upon reaching the checkout counter, the actual price was higher than what Benjamin had communicated. When I raised this issue with the manager, Nabil, his response was not only dismissive but also extremely alarming. Instead of addressing the pricing discrepancy, he stated that his employees are not accountable for the information they provide, leaving me in a frustrating and unfair situation. Afterwards he became aggressive and threatening. He outright refused to honor the previously confirmed price, and to my shock, he threatened me, stating he would call security.This aggressive behavior was unwarranted and completely unacceptable. As a customer who values fair treatment and professionalism, I am deeply troubled by this experience. It not only tarnishes the reputation of your store but also raises serious concerns about the treatment of customers by your managerial staff.I implore you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, addressing both the pricing issue and the unprofessional conduct of your manager. It is crucial to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and that pricing discrepancies are handled with fairness and transparency.I eagerly await your prompt response and a resolution to this distressing incident.

This is by far the best “Best Buy” I’ve been to! Mr Nabil was so helpful and his team is amazing! Me and my husband are constantly needing things for our home and every time we go everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help! We have 4 kids that we always bring and I can say that this team deserves a gold medal for their patience and kindness they have towards our toddler’s. Everything is always is stock and they work fast! Highly recommend

If only I can submit a review without even 1 star!!!This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life!It’s been 8 months that I am trying to fix my brand new sound bar and I have been through the worst experience from customer service reps and supervisors.We have our Protection Plan and the sound bar was sent back 3 times to the Geek Squad. And every time they send it back and say nothing is wrong with it. After negotiations with the store, the staff said they will need to send it back to Geek Squad a 4th time to issue a credit for me.. which was a total lie!4 months later, we follow up with the store, only to realize that they never sent it back and it has been sitting in the store (Rosemere, QC) for the last 3 months.They never sent it back, neither did they ask me to come pick it up again.I finally take it home today to see that it has been severely damaged by Best Buy! This is very unacceptable and frustrating. We not only paid a lot for the sound bar, but we also paid for the protection plan.How can I escalate it and to who so I can get my rights as a consumer?**** UPDATE!!!I recieved a follow up call Best Buy Rosemere store from Michael (The sales manager in Rosemere) reporting to Nabil (Store Leader) to offer me $50 gift card because Best Buy broke my equipment and when I told him this was acceptable due to the cost of the soundbar which $1000, Michael told me not to speak futher and to come pick up my $50 and sound bar.What a way to treat your customers!!

Excellent customer service from Benjamin. I went in to get a dryer and he helped me,answered all my questions .The store was closing while he was taking care of the invoice yet he did not rush . Very happy customer.

Whenever i go to best buy and no matter the location i ALWAYS get bad customer service. 99% of the times the employees are clueless about the product they're selling. If im going to buy something that is at least 300$ id like the sale associate to be able to answer my questions. Beside the rudeness of some the employees, theirs a clear lack of training and the management team is to blame. Shame on you. I cannot wait to see this company perish .

An excellent service in the cell phones department. Momo was so patient with my transactions. I upgraded 4 cell phones and he made sure to give me the best deals, setup, transfer all to my new phones. Thanks Momo you are the best. And to his manager Riadh another wonderful employee at this best buy. Friendly and caring its the second time he takes care of my file and actually remembers my name. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Thank you from a very happy client ????

First time placing an order online to pick it up in store. The service was quick and easy with the curbside pickup parking spots. The price for what I bought was cheaper there than online and I could get the item the next day.

If you buy an exclusive product and lose your receipt and you ask for a store credit, not a refund, good luck !I've tried and even if your product is unopened, NIB, sealed, they don't want to serve you. Shop elsewhere, don't bother !

Decent selection and helpful sales people. Some pressure to buy add-ons that I didn't need but what place doesn't. The store is well laid out and it was easy to browse and compare.
