Service really not good. I had a piece of jewelry evaluated to be told that it was indeed gold (3 weeks of delay) then when I got there they retested it and they told me that ultimately it was not gold so I went to confront the jeweler where I had bought the chain for nothing, because subsequently I had it rechecked at another jewelry store and it was indeed gold. In addition, I asked them for a document which certifies that it is indeed gold or that it is not gold. He told me no problem, we can do that. I never had a document. In the end they were supposed to call me back to send my jewelry to an expert and they never called me back. In short, I do not recommend this type of jewelry. The service was really bad the 3 times I went there.

The BEST service! Suzanne and Janelle (I hope I don't overuse her name) were extremely helpful! We were shopping for our wedding and we visited 4 jewelry stores beforehand. We should have gone to Lavigueur first! Suzanne took her time to advise us well and find the best model to meet our budget. Magnificent models, reasonable prices, good quality. A great value for money but in addition, a more than exceptional human service. I admit I was discouraged about not finding it in my price range until I got there. Trust them. We buy for a very special occasion, we want to have a great customer experience and we were served!
