Lovely staff and lovely pens. More expensive than Amazon and the likes, but here you can test pens out beforehand and know if they're actually good for you before buying. They also have pretty good discounts so if you're patient you can find an amazing deal.

The pen store is THE store to buy pens (in my case, fountain pens) and writing-related items. I have been buying pens at the pen boutique for almost 30 years (previously at Carrefour Laval). André Boissonneault (the co-owner) is a man of integrity and honesty like we rarely see these days. The employees change but the management remains the same: people passionate about two things: writing instruments and providing good service so that you come back. You can buy without fear and ignore bad reviews.

We had a very pleasant experience here. Came in July 18th 2024 around 7pm looking for a gift, i believe the employee’s name was Amélie, sweetest ever. Very welcoming, Not forceful at all, gave us space and time to decide, answered all of our questions and very knowledgeable.
Definitely will come back for her service

I purchased an item online that was not available in store and I received free shipping due to the price of the item. As the item did not suit me, I returned it to the store. They didn't even reimburse me for the delivery cost which was supposedly free!! When I called to ask, they simply suggested I buy from Amazon next time... That's what I will do!
