Have been a customer for 20 years. Had the worse customer experience ever returning/exchanging a pair of shoes. 1 person on staff on a week day at 18h00. Took 30 mins and couldn't get refunded to my online payment method, had to get a gift card. Would not take back unopened soles yet they have you test soles in store before buying and still take them back if you eon't take the shoes.Sales person seemed not to care enough to help with my exchange as they probably didn't get any commission for the exchange.Not going back. Lost a 20 years customer for bad service. Would never recommend this store to anyone.
