The saleswoman seems friendly, but the razor sold a Panasonic model esll41k is not worth 5 cents, the lady told me that I would be very satisfied, even though the razor does not cut, you have to pass several times and the beard is not not completely cut, I am extremely disappointed

Monday July 18, 4.30 am two clerks in store. We seem to be able to inform you about their products. By showing the product to ask for on the internet, the clerk mentions to us ah yes we can order it no dimensions for a coffee filter. If you order and it is not the correct one, no refund. Very disappointed with my experience, the 2 ladies were not professional at all. They sold me an Aarke soda stream style machine, but this machine did not come with the gas cylinder so the ladies sold me a "new" one when it arrived at home, I noticed. that she sold me an empty bottle ?

Home of 2 women having fun behind the counter. There was a younger one and an older one. They should be more respectful towards customers. They shouted and spoke loudly among themselves. To correct this "ill-mannered" attitude.

What an unpleasant welcome from the manager I suppose! at least from the lady behind the counter who answered (nay, shouted the answer) across the store when I was in conversation with the nice lady who was about to answer my question! There are people who absolutely should not work with the public!!! Too bad for this shop, I wanted to have 2 devices repaired and buy a new Jura machine! Obviously I bought it elsewhere!!!

A young salesman, who I think was quite tall, was really nice. On top of that, he explained to me what heteroscedasticity was in econometrics, which is not necessarily easy to understand. Oh and he recommended a good coffee machine.

I went to them to have a Delonghi espresso machine repaired. I was told that it will take two to three days. I left the machine two days later.I asked to be contacted by email, as I will not be in town and it is impossible to answer the phone. My email was incorrectly noted so no one contacted me. Two weeks later I ask for an update. The response took two days. I say yes to repair it as quickly as possible. The original two days became 5 days. The price was reasonable because the owner's husband does the work. They do not have bags, paper, plastic or other materials to transport a large enough machine. Sorry but a recyclable bag only costs a dollar. Think about it, “Customer Service”. On two occasions, there was a young woman under stress and she was crying.Madam boss had a very severe tone towards this employee. I don't like doing business with people who don't know how to treat their employees,
