I have been using this gym for a little over 2 years and I see it deteriorating more and more. The level of ownership leaves something to be desired and the machines are often broken. The staff is friendly, and the variety of equipment is interesting, but it's starting to get unpleasant to train in an environment full of dust, mirrors that haven't been washed in weeks, and having to change treadmills 3x because they all have one part that doesn't work. The repair time is also often slow. I expect that from an Econo gym, not the monthly price of the Sports Center.

This place is the only gym I have known to be loyal to. The cleanliness of the place, the shake bar, the quantity of free weights and machines are reasons why I will always return there. Without forgetting, the saunas: steam and dry. Clean showers.

Despite having specifically asked at registration what the odor policy was because I have asthma and allergies, I was advise there was no one showing up there perfumed up, so I signed up (after having cancelled at world gym up the road for the same reasons!! And i yold yhe front desk girl!!)... fast forward 6 weeks later and I'm ow sick every time I go because ppls show up smelling so strongly I can taste them!!
After a very upsetting work out on July 18 I spoke with the director, long black/brown hair lady who was walking around with a foam) who told me the gym never had an odor policy and she refers the epfum anyway (!!!!) So she would facilitate cancelation of the said membership.. I went downstairs, spoke to the girl who did the registration, told her about the convo with the director upstairz and gave her back the key, she gave me back 20$ deposit, took my name and said someone would call...
Well sure enough, I was still charge on the 24 for a membership that was promised to be canceled...
Completely ridiculous.. about as much as the 2 inches of dust all over the leaking hvac around the gym...
I do not recommend what so ever.. and have disputed with my credit card...
Don't go here...
Also one of the trainer makes very inappropriate sexual comments about the cleaning crew... I felt quite disgusted for him..

It's a good gym! The machines are not the fanciest or newest but they do a good job. They got a punching back as well, as well as a spinning room and they offer classes. Multiple private trainers also ha e offices here, and there is access to a mat room to train Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
