Purchased 9 years ago very satisfied with the product and the service our saleswoman was a woman with a lot of experience at the time. She told us that the mattress was guaranteed for 10 years for any stain as long as we have the appropriate mattress cover (which we purchased) And that if the mattress becomes deformed. 9 years later it has some stains and is all deformed and they refuse to honor the warranty under the pretext that the stains are more than 7 days old. I tried to speak to a superior in customer service and no response for several weeks already! I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service!!
I'm moving in a few months and I was planning to change the mattresses of 4 of my 5 children.. I know where I won't go because I like the product but they also have it elsewhere where customer satisfaction will be more important

My experience at Dormez-vous was very disappointing, particularly at the Rosemère branch. I was served by Mr. Yannic, but the customer service was not up to par. I had to wait a long time to be attended to, and when Mr. Yannic finally came, he seemed constantly busy juggling multiple clients, making the process frustrating and unclear.
The advice I received was not adequate, and I ended up with a mattress that did not match my preferred firmness type. Note, the selection of affordable mattresses was limited compared to Matelas Bonheur, just across the street. They are demoing models for $1500-$2000 (double).
After the sale, the Rosemère branch showed a lack of agility in resolving problems. The store manager was unable to offer a reasonable solution and even suggested I shop elsewhere, which was extremely frustrating. It seemed that once the sale was made, customer support was neglected.
Fortunately, I contacted the Blainville branch where Céline quickly understood my situation. She facilitated the exchange of the mattress with a price adjustment based on Matelas Bonheur prices, minus 5%, which was greatly appreciated. I would also like to thank Marie-Éve, the regional director, for her valuable help and impeccable service. She was able to offer me compensation for the stupidity I suffered. I am very grateful to him for his support.
A particularly frustrating point was the exchange policy. The Rosemère branch did not want to exchange the mattress for me before 21 days, even though I knew from the start that it did not suit me. Luckily, after contacting the Dormez-vous customer service line, I was able to get an exchange done before that time, which was a positive.
Get information from the right people!
It's also worth noting that delivery is cheaper on the SleepCountry site, which is linked to Dormez-vous, which raises questions about the price differences between the two. However, the delivery to Dormez-vous was quick and well organized.
I hope that Dormez-vous de Rosemère can improve its in-store customer service and offer a better selection of affordable mattresses in the future.

What more can I say than WOW! What service we received from Dormez-vous in Rosemère. Starting with advisors Vincent and Zachary!!! Good work !!!! As a bonus we had the chance to deal with the manager Yannick who was oh so wonderful and understanding with us and our situation. I sincerely hope that many future customers will have the chance to have as great an experience as ours!
