Attention the prices are different from the website! I was told that the site and the stores are not the same. Good strategy to attract people to the store. Difficult to try on linen or a coat on the web.Zero customer service.

First experience in this store.I went to buy a coat on December 10 and chose a beautiful Oxygen model in my size. The same evening I showed the coat to my partner who pointed out a tear under the armpit of a good inch. I tried the coat on site but I didn't think to check all the seams and I wore it 3 times, including returning it to the store for an exchange. On December 15 I went to make an exchange unfortunately the clerk told me that they no longer have my size. Courteous young lady but nothing more, lack of professionalism, no services, so I asked for a refund and not impossible. I have to buy for the same value. Clerk doesn't move from his till, doesn't try to advise me but is rather busy chatting on the phone and laughing or doing something on his cell or the till computer. I was disappointed with the service I experienced and I left with 3 items rather than one in addition to a coat that I didn't like because none of the other models were to my taste. I felt forced to buy from this place because they refuse to reimburse me! I leave the store with the coat on my back since it's winter and it's my only coat....I leave by car from Place Rosemere to go to the house in Boisbriands. I'm uncomfortable in the coat, it's shorter and I don't like the zip and the hood either... in short I want to exchange it but I really want the other model so I'm showing up on site this Saturday with that in mind. to request a deferred voucher until receipt of my size. I come back and it's the same clerk but with the manager who I didn't see at first. I ask again if she's sure it wouldn't be my size. She coldly answers no, rolling her eyes when she realizes I'm the same customer. Nothing more so I turn around telling myself I'll check it out myself because I'm skeptical. Sure enough, I found the torn coat that I returned in the rack! At this point I have lost my smile and my courtesy by half and I walk with the coat towards the cash register saying: what's the joke here? The manager came out from behind and told me that I tore the coat! Zero professionalism takes no time to listen to the problem, interrupts me and speaks over it, instantly defending his employee and accusing me. At this point I was responding in the same arrogant and rude tone as the manager. She refused to give me a receipt for my other previously purchased items when she finally refunded me. She finally ended up leaving me my receipt and saying warmly: Asteur décaliss!Fortunately I really like the other two items because I think that otherwise I would have returned these items....BIG FAILHappy birthday anyway!

A big zero for the clerk who only talks on her cell phone and who sighs when we ask her for a size bigger. As long as you're making minimum wage, change jobs. On the other hand, there were nice discounts to compensate
