Very lousy service, you enter the store and no hello, you look at the employees and none who come to help you, plus they start shouting in the back store, choice of shoes is to be desired, last week I went at the footlocker in Longueuil and WoW I give a 5 star, excellent service, if it didn't take me 1 hour to get there I would have returned

Worst customer service ever.
Its almost funny how little the staff cares about customers. I understand its hard to find good staff nowadays but management also doesnt care as there are a ton of bad reviews here..keep loosing sales thanks to your rude and inconsiderate employees

“Sneaker Paradise at Foot Locker”
I had a fantastic experience at Foot Locker recently. If you are a sneaker and sports shoe lover, this place is a true paradise. For the incredible variety of models and brands they offer, I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
The store layout is well organized, making it easy to find and try on different shoes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help find the perfect pair based on your preferences.
I was impressed by the range of choices, from timeless classics to the latest trends. The shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I was able to get my hands on a pair that I've been looking for for a while.
All in all, if you're looking for fashionable, quality sneakers and a pleasant shopping experience, Foot Locker is the place to go. I give it 5 stars without hesitation.
