Nice showroom, good advice...however when not sure about the quantities of ceramic to order they suggest we take more and that they take it back if the box is not opened...they will give you a surprise already knowing that they keep 20% plus returns. This is not indicated anywhere and the advisors never mentioned it. I am given a sheet which indicates the % according to the suppliers... but it is in a drawer... Please display the "notice" or indicate it on the invoice framed in red. Very disappointing

I bought ceramic tiles from Frank and Sullivan to make a bathroom in the basement of my house. What a disappointing experience for this store that we had in very high esteem. Unfortunately it was difficult for us to find a ceramic installer in these times of labor shortage. The store which had promised an installation before the holidays pushed back the date by several weeks. Already the installation time was 6 months. Subsequently, several photos and videos were sent from the future locations of the bathroom. The ceramic installer announced to us, the same day, that we could not proceed with the installation in connection with a plumbing access which must remain accessible, yet all the photos sent clearly demonstrated this plumbing access. In addition, we had two boxes of ceramics too many, approximately 36 square feet. Just to tell you that we only had 30 square feet to cover. Frank and Sullivan said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything after 30 days of purchase. I really feel like I made people laugh at us. If you are hesitating between two stores, I strongly advise you not to choose Frank and Sullivan
