“The best gym ever! ? Have been training for almost 20 years and nearly 10 of them have been with these awesome ladies! Welcoming, fun, and always making you feel like you can do it all! Thank you girls”
“Jeffrey is not just a trainer, he’s a motivator, a mentor, and someone who genuinely cares about your progress. The energy at his fitness centre is always positive, welcoming, and inspiring. It’s life changing. If you’re thinking about signing up, don’t hesitate…you won’t regret it.”
“Family friendly place with the great coaches! It’s a welcoming place for the parents and the kids to enjoy workouts with no pressure or judgement, yet competitive!
Thank you for the entire team!”
“I met Zachary from MTLFITBROS a few years ago and we hit it off immediately due to his easygoing nature and genuine care for the success and health of others. Since then, I've watched the popularity of his private gym grow with a broad variety of clientele, which is a testament to the great values that are built into this gym and the services they offer. Gym manager Nancy runs a tight ship over there and between her and Zachary, it's pretty much guaranteed that all your health and fitness needs will be met and improved when you visit them.”

“Great team, great gang, great place. We are so well received by everyone. At first I was afraid to retrain since I had an injury, but ultimately all the coaches adapt the movements for my condition. You don't feel judged by anyone and you go at your own pace. It’s been two years now and I still can’t wait to go. Thank you gym the locker room ”

“(Translated by Google) Beautiful center. Small but functional. I did not have the opportunity to do a wod with the coaches but it will not be long.(Original)Beau centre. Petit mais fonctionnel. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de faire un wod avec les coachs mais ça ne saurait tarder.”
“My son trains there with his team the ESM Cyclones and also in the off season. They have a qualified and very professional team and offer training adapted to the needs of young people and their sport! ???”
“Great place!! We go there for dance classes and the teachers are super nice and patient.Additionally, they rent a large room for parties and events for small children. It is very good.”
“I only got about a month in with the gym before accepting a job in another province, but it was a great month! The staff are all delightful and welcoming, it's a very friendly atmosphere.
I saw Justin at the front desk most often and he's a gem! Thanks for everything and good luck in the future :)”

“For the first time in 25 years that I go the gym, I have tried 5-6 gyms but this one is really the best.
Amazing staff, machines always well maintained, good music. .
Just love it,!!”
“As a BJJ nerd, this place was a bucket list visit for me, and boy howdy did it deliver. Great facilities, really great coaching and fantastic training partners. ♥🤙”
“I've been playing badminton there since 2008. Staffs are gentle. But the badminton court needs some love. Kind a bit pricey if you're just playing badminton or other racquet sports.”

“Great customer service, it's more than busy during peak hours which demonstrates the need to open a second branch in the surrounding area. But there is a big brave team that we often see cleaning machines, floors and toilets!”
