Very disappointed. Had to file a long questionnaire to consult the pharmacist and then end up getting asked the same questions by the pharmacist. We waited 30min until the pharmacist saw the questionnaire. First time getting asked to file a request before talking to the pharmacist.

Congratulations ! to the 2 new props. Mathieu and Francois, 2 excellent pharmacists who listen to their customers!The jean coutu ordering website, not very reliable, I give it 3 out of 5..again this evening my order did not go to my pharmacy, I have the proofs in hand with screen photos and my confirmation number , it’s recurring.
