I do not recommend using this ATM. About 2 weeks ago my mother tried to use the ATM and the ATM ate her card. Today (September 15, 2023), I am trying to use the counter (which worked very well last week) and the counter to eat my card as well as those of two other users after me.If someone from the Laurentian Bank sees this comment, take the highest number to adjust/change the outdated ATM. I will have to use an ATM from now on and simply boycott the Laurentian Bank ATMs.

The worst bank!!!!!! Tried to take to someone regarding my reward points,Waited 55 minutes and hung up. Tried several times.

Really deplorable service from the bank employees, very angry at their innocent stupidity. It's time to change the bank's attitude, I now understand why there will be a lack of human service by December, they are too innocent ?

It's a shame that Laurentienne will close all its "human" counters by December 2018. A customer who has been loyal for more than thirty years must change financial institutions...Bravo, ladies and gentlemen, for this great improvement. Who would've believed that?
