Owner is using very shady selling technique, He assured me I could Exchange the luggage During the Next 30 Days. Turn out the luggage was in bad condition and when I cameback to Exchange IT he refuse to so because the luggage had broken piece.Clearly he isn't aware of consumer law and cannot be trusted.I wouln't Risk buying anything from that place.

Service was okay, but the prices made me go away. They pretend to have "discounts" but sell bags at an inflated price compared to other retailers. In my case, I was looking at a samsonite xenon 3.0 techlocker laptop bag. The price in store was 169$ (plus an additional 25% off). Samsonite sells them at 160$ and another large electronics banner that I ended up going to the same day was selling them at 100$ regular price (plus an additional holiday discount that brought the price down to 80$). Good thing I checked on the web before making a purchase because I would've paid almost 50$ more if I bought from this store.

I found the best price for luggage and very friendly behaviour with customer and I bought purse for my wife it’s very nice and good price

After they sold there luggage you will have no after customer service. Barely speak English never mind French. Need to call Toronto Branch to get it repair. Your better off with Bentley where they will take of it in store and send it for repair.
