I went to this store to change the battery in my Omega DeVille, but the owner scratched the back while removing the bottom of the case. The next day I went back to try to find a resolution/ask if they can polish my watch. I was greeted by an extremely aggressive employee. He interrupted me constantly, called me aggressive on several occasions, and eventually yelled at me and asked me to leave and come back the following week to talk to the boss. He even made personal remarks, accusing me of being too perfectionist and paying too much attention to details. I felt intimidated and poorly treated. I expect a reasonable solution from the owner, otherwise I do not recommend this store.

I went to this store to change the battery on my Omega DeVille, which was in brand new condition for a 40 year old collectible watch, but the owner scratched the back while removing the case. The next day, I went back to try and find a resolution, and I was met by an employee who was extremely aggressive. He interrupted me constantly, called me aggressive several times, and eventually shouted at me, telling me to leave and come back next week to speak to the owner.
He also made personal comments, accusing me of being too focused on details and a perfectionist. I felt bullied and mistreated. I’m hoping the owner will offer a reasonable solution, but as of now, I do not recommend this store.

On a changé ma pile par une pile NEUVE et ma montre fonctionne parfaitement.
