The service at Point S Rosemère is excellent! For 2 years they have been taking care of my seasonal tire changes.
Claude is always in a good mood and understanding. I leave my car with them for the day, when it is ready he calls me to pay remotely and I take my car back whenever I want. Thank you for your flexibility!

Having my Sprinter inspected here was useless. The inspection was not thorough enough. To the mechanic, everything seemed in good shape, with no services needed for my 30,000 km road trip, other than a simple oil change. The report noted no problems. However, I have since had to repair several leaks (brakes, coolant, fuel filter) and the front pads are wearing unevenly. I haven't completed my trip yet, but I want to remind Point S that their pre-purchase inspection was misleading and overly optimistic!

I was asked for an extra $15 per tire when changing them because, I was told, my tires had not been purchased from this store. It's a scam!

After having my winter tires installed in November in Rosemère, no employee noticed that my tires were “dried” and even cracked!!
Result: 2 days later my rear tire “burst” while I was driving on the highway!!!
Where is the competence of these “experts”???
The tugboat, and the mechanic subsequently consulted, could not believe their eyes!!!

Courteous employees, but no confidence in the service provided by Point S. They tried to sell unnecessary repairs to my suspension and do not hesitate to overprice their estimates. I recommend comparing with other mechanics before undertaking a repair with them.

Being a woman, and not knowing car mechanics, I often had to deal with dishonest mechanics who took advantage of my ignorance.
This is not the case at the Rosemère Auto Center. The team is trustworthy, honest and caring. The people who work there give their customers the facts with competitive prices and offer quality service.
I highly recommend this garage.
