If I could give “0” stars I would. Even better, if I could give a negative amount of stars I would do that. Absolutely hands down the WORST staff I’ve ever experienced, anywhere. Every time I’ve been, including July 5, 2024 in the evening, it is truly unpleasant.
Here’s what to expect, and to brace yourself for, when stepping into this shop:
- No greeting (the staff is too busy standing around looking annoyed, talking amongst themselves, or sorting their stock). Never in my life have I seen an employee so laser-focused on sweeping the floor presumably in an attempt not to assist me, the pesky money-spending customer)
- No “May I help you?” As a matter of fact you’ll have to hunt down the staff to ask for sizes…..don’t bother standing there with shoe in hand hoping they’ll catch the hint. They won’t. They’ll ignore you because, you know….work is a nuisance.
- You will have to go to the cash and ask for sizes (which they often don’t have).
- You will not get advice or alternatives to shoes if they are out of stock…..it’s a figure it out on your own type of vibe there.
- Questions are not welcomed, it’s buy and bye!
- Customer appreciation and a simple thank you seems to be a daunting task and so I wouldn’t expect it.
Long story shorter, this place is not about service. They have variety and that seems to be their only selling point. The variety and sales is the only reason I’ve purchased shoes there.
*****Edit: my niece and I went to look for sandals for her, and to my surprise we were actually greeted hello! We appreciated the acknowledgement of our presence. The staff still hovered around the cash socializing amongst themselves, and did not offer to help us even with sandal in hand. My niece had to go ask for a size and the staff member she found was actually polite, friendly, helpful, and quick! I bought the sandals and thanked the employee for actually acting as though she values our patronage.*****

If I had received a minimum of service I would have been more pleasant. The minimum is to at least say hello. Compared to Panda the owner deserves 0 stars. No smile, no interpersonal skills. I received some Converse shoes as a gift that were too small for me. When I came to return them they didn't want to refund me since it wasn't my card (obviously, it was a gift!!) that had been used during payment. I called my friend, who told me that her card had expired and that she had it changed.I calmly explain the situation to the girl, and she immediately starts yelling at me and being very rude. When I ask her a simple question to know when I can come back, she refuses to answer me.I am extremely disappointed with the service received. I would give 0 stars if possible.
