I always find something good and for a reasonable price at le château in Suzy Shier in rosemere. Always so happy with my dresses and always get many compliments. Even the sales people are super nice and helpful! Highly recommend checking there for a dress if you’re looking. They usually have some good sales too.

Honnêtement, me faire dire que les promotions en ligne et en boutique ne sont pas les mêmes, c'est un turn off total. Les vendeuses essaient de nous vendre la carte privilège prestige au coût de 25$. Le chandail que je m'apprêtais à acheter était à 50% off en ligne, 50% off en boutique SEULEMENT si je détenait la carte prestige. Ce magasin est bannie de ma liste.

Decidedly, the lady did not seem to appreciate that I returned my items in store by mentioning to me: you want to return all of these...it's always better to shop in store...than 80% of purchases made online people return them...and for to finish she mentions to me that because of my return of goods in her shop her checkout is going to be less than $200 when she leaves!! It's the first time I've received such comments when I return goods to the store, luckily I didn't come on a busy Saturday!! A rather ordinary customer service thank you, if I buy online it's because that I cannot find the items available in your shop. After having had a laborious delivery by Suzy Shier's carrier and in-store customer service that wants to make the customer "feel cheap" when returning merchandise, this is the last time for me in this banner! Be warned the lady does not appreciate returns of goods in her shop and she will not hesitate to make you feel it even if it is in the policy of the store!(Original)J’ai visité cette boutique un matin de semaine afin de retourner une commande en ligne. Décidément, la dame ne semblait pas apprécié que je retourne mes items en boutique en me mentionnant :vs voulez retournez tous cela…c’est tjrs mieux de magasiner en boutique…que 80% des achats faits en ligne les gens les retourne…et pour finir elle me mentionne qu’à cause de mon retour de marchandises dans sa boutique sa caisse va être à moins 200$ en partant!! C’est bien la 1ere fois que je reçois de tels commentaires lorsque je retourne de la marchandises en magasin, heureusement que je suis pas venu un samedi achalandé!!Un service client assez ordinaire merci, si j’achète en ligne c’est parce que je ne retrouve pas les items disponibles dans votre boutique. Après avoir eu une livraison laborieuse par le transporteur de Suzy Shier et un service client en boutique qui veut faire ´’sentir cheap le client ‘’ qui retourne de la marchandise, c’est bien la dernière fois pour moi dans cette bannière! Soyez avertis la dame n’apprécie pas les retour de marchandises dans sa boutique et elle ne se gênera pas pour vous le faire sentir même si c’est dans la politique du magasin!
