    What a wonderful experience with Paolo on Tuesday. My phone busted and it was urgent. Paolo was efficient, kind and accommodating. Best service i have received in a very long time! Thank you!

    Low staff and service. But when you have the agent in front of you they do what it takes to help. They need some help with recruiting.
