My skin still requires exfoliation because the dead skin hasn't even budged. Than doing a bad job or an unsuitable care you better cancel the appointments that are not correct. Since 2018 I have subscribed to Yves Rocher and I have never been so disappointed, and to say that I even recommended it to relatives ?(Original)Expérience très désagréable...d'abord ils font une erreure sur ma prise de rdv ensuite on ne me fait pas les soins que je voulais puis on me fais quand payer un montant qui ne correspond pas au soin que j'ai reçu. Ils ont raccourci mon soin pour rattraper leur erreure en prenant le rdv suivant...this was just a waste of time for me.Le lendemain même du soit disant soin je remarque effectivement qu'il n'y a pas de changement sur ma peau, ça ne m'étonne même pas au vu de comment ce rdv c'est passé. Ma peau nécessite toujours un gommage car les peaux mortes n'ont même pas bouger d'un pousse. Que de faire un mauvais travail ou un soin non adapté mieux vous annuler les rdv qui ne sont pas correct. Depuis 2018 je suis abonnés a Yves rocher et je n'ai jamais autant été déçu, et dire que je le recommandais même à des proches?
