I have been a customer of this bank for over 20 years with a few attempts elsewhere. CIBC Rouyn offers excellent service and the website is exemplary easy to use. My partner uses the Royal family's web platform and it's nothing compared to CIBC.

It is a good bank, several interesting services are offered and it is easy to get any requests answered on the spot, however the telephone service is quite complex at times.
