J'opte pour la poutine, craignant tout de même pour l'intégrité structurelle des frites après les avoir blasté au micro-ondes à high.Il va sans dire que mes inquiétudes furent justifiées: les frites étaient molles, mais leur saveur acceptable. La sauce, bien relevée, n'avait rien à envier de bien d'autres que j'ai goûtées ailleurs. Le fromage, quant à lui, n'était rien de moins que parfait. Bien ramolli par la sauce, mais conservant toute sa qualité de squick-squick néanmoins.Je garde un souvenir heureux de cette poutine que je rachèterai sans doute bientôt. La vie est courte et la faim est triste. Vive Le Relais!
