I put a star because we have to. I have $300 overbilled for a month that I have been asking to reduce my plan for more than a month and that no agent at Fido is able to reduce it. Not possible on the app either. I spoke and chatted with at least 10 agents during this month and none are able to reduce my plan as I request. I call customer service seeing my bill and I HAVE TO make a payment arrangement to pay for something they were never able to change while there are recorded calls, chat notes and this for over a month! They did not provide the service and forced to pay to fix their site problem. We have to go through the credit department to get some semblance of an answer and even there are unable to answer us and correct the situation. Real sh*t serviceI'm not talking about the store but about the service at Fido directly. I do not go to the store, my problem is not solved there!

The service is more or less good and the quality of the connection is rare and difficult to find. They are not even open at the indicated time!!! Very unrecommendable
