He will help you to choose the right car, right time to buy, updates you instantly with any changes of the interest rates, gives you the highest trade-in value for your old car, he has done all of that with me, even tho before paying a deposit on any car.

I just bought a Telluride SX L from Kia Spinelli. The team was very helpful throughout the sale process. They answered all my questions and went the extra length to satisfy my concerns. The the Director General in particular. Mr Valois was available to help me in my search for the right vehicle while the sales person was on vacation. Great person to deal with. The salesperson was also very helpful Mohammaf Zaeimi on his return. Also, I have dealt with the service department for 7 years. I would recommend them with highest marks for their efficiency, effectiveness and customer care. Special Kudos go the Service manager Andy who is always ready to help with a smile.

I will update this review as the matter proceeds.
My mother recently purchased a used kia rondo, when she bought it there was a certified inspection stating everything was in the green, including the brake service.
Approximately 10 days after she got the car, the brakes started screaming. Being a certified mechanic and a great son, I took a look at the brakes, what did I find …. That the brake service was never completed, sliding pins (upper and lower on the left and right side for the front brakes) were seized and had zero motion. I managed to get them unstuck but I decided to get in touch with our salesman whom we bought the car from as this was said to be done when it wasn’t.
He was kind enough to get on top of the matter and escalate it to his manager Todd Hogan, who booked a service appointment to fix this issue.
Yesterday I finally had the chance to take a look at the car, and what do I find…… nothing has changed. Nothing was cleaned or lubed, nor replaced… and the brake noise (grinding) is getting worse.
Tried calling the service dep. Back to see what could be done to fix this but to no avail.
Now its time to call the kia head office and complain in hopes that they will do something to resolve this issue.
Stay away from Kia DesSources service department, they don’t do the work they say they did.

I had an amazing experience buying a car for the first time from a dealership at this Spinelli Kia. I have to give special thank to Mohammad for making the entire process smooth, making sure all my questions were answered, explaining all the options and coverages they offer and addressing any concerns I had regarding buying a used car. Within the first minutes of meeting Mohammad I knew I was going to cancel the other appointments I had at other dealerships.
The rest of the team also did a fantastic job from the financing to getting the car detailed and ready for pickup.
