We returned with a chiwawa in our hands as always and the gentleman at the first checkout, too cowardly to come and warn us, sent a nice and polite employee to ask us to leave, we asked for a chance, and that next time we would understood, but it was refused.I can totally understand no dog. But we’ve been coming with it for years.I'm there twice a week. Don't worry, we'll go somewhere else! The other maxi is next...In addition, your hygienic conditions left something to be desired.. therefore dirty!Does my chihuahua stress you out that much? My dog was cleaner than you.

This is the second time I've written. No response the first time.2 weeks ago, I placed an order online on a Tuesday. I requested delivery on Friday because there was no availability on Wednesday and I couldn't be home on Thursday.On Friday morning, an attendant called me to tell me that several specials that I had ordered were no longer available and offered to substitute more expensive products.I asked why I would be charged full price for more expensive products since I ordered on Tuesday. The attendant told me that the store had stopped doing that because it was losing too much money doing it. The fact that I was losing money and time didn't seem to move him. Angry, I canceled my $140 order. Bad calculation of the store in my opinion. I called to speak to the store manager but was only able to speak to his assistant, Carl, who found this a strange policy. He wanted to see if the policy had changed. But never called me back.I wanted to sign up for PC Express for the year but I'm going to cancel after the free trial I didn't even use. I find the service disrespectful to customers. What do you have to answer me (if you answer!). In short, without a response, I will definitely cancel my subscription.

Well they did not have what I was looking for: Swiss cheese and a certain brand of dog food. I did get other cheese of relatively good value (but more expensive than what I had bought there previously under a different brand). It was not worth it for me to go there.
