“Exceptional customer service from Bonnie! My mother had been trying to resolve an issue at another Home Depot without success, but Bonnie was able to help her finally find a solution. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s rare to experience this level of care and professionalism in retail nowadays, and Bonnie truly stood out. She turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience and made my mother feel heard and valued. Home Depot should be proud to have employees like Bonnie. I sincerely hope her excellent service is recognized by management. Thank you, Bonnie, for going above and beyond!”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. I was looking at specs for a new PC I wanted to build, and Elio was incredibly helpful — he stayed with me for over two hours, right up until closing, walking me through all the possible build and price options. A truly passionate associate. I’ll definitely be back soon to start this project. Thank you, Elio!”
