La succursale au promenade st-bruno est la pire. Service très désagréable, les 2 madames agée son bête et font de l’attitude. Lorsque je mentionne le problème, elle s’offusque et devienne méchante disant que c’est moi le problème. Je vais continuer d’aller a la bijouterie Lavigueur comme a l’habitude. Jamais de problème avec eux et bon service.

Rather cold service, purchase of earrings of average quality - badly advised by the saleswoman - lost the butterfly twice because it held badly - made me pay for the butterfly despite the poor initial quality of the earring - when I try to explain very calmly the situation which annoys me a little, the saleswoman seems completely disinterested and does not try to find solutions except to repay a butterfly or send me elsewhere. I advise against.

I have owned this watch for 7 years and it has never left the box. I came to replace my battery today and they absolutely wrecked the backplate, housing and band with scratches. I will never come back to Doucet you can keep your “free batteries”.

Horrible customer service, they lie to sell you jewelries. They don’t give you all information before selling you something. A lady called Christine kept calling me a liar nonstop when I told her what another seller told me. They are horrible people, never buying from them again!

Je ne conseil pas cette bijouterie, payer 450$ une chaine qui a casser 2x en 1 mois, me font charger pour la réparation et ne veule pas m'en donner une autre!! Je vais maintenant magasiner mes bijoux ailleurs, le service après vente est très important et autant avant qu'après votre entreprise n'a pas su faire preuve de bienveillance envers ses clients!

Very bad experience after purchase with the Doucet Saint-Bruno and Beloeil stores.My boyfriend bought me a beautiful engagement ring (bought in Saint-Bruno) that he gave me during the holidays. It was too big and needed adjusting. We went to wear it in Beloeil since the store is closer to home. After going to wear the ring, I had questions so I called this shop back. The associate on the phone was very silly and arrogant and laughed at my questions on the end of the line when she thought she had put me on hold.When we picked up the ring, the adjustment was very well done, however when I got home, I noticed that one of the diamonds was very loose and on the verge of falling. During the adjustment, they did not check the condition of the diamonds on the ring.So we had to postpone the ring for repair. This time we went to Saint-Bruno since the experience on the phone had put me off a lot. When picking up the ring in Saint-Burno, we go there to find that the ring still has the same problem. No repairs were made; the diamond was so loose, so loose that we were able to turn it, which is not normal at all. So we moved for nothing. So we had to send it back for a second time to get the problem fixed. A problem that could have been avoided if, during the initial adjustment, the diamonds had been checked correctly.At the time of recovering my ring after the two dismissals, I informed the associates present in Saint-Bruno of the situation to explain my dissatisfaction with the situation and no compensation was offered for the bad experience, he only mentioned that they were going to "spread the word"...

Store at Promenades St-Bruno. The advisors will select the clients they will serve, probably based on the observation of the jewelry you wear. If you don't wear expensive jewelry, they will deliberately ignore you. To avoid encouraging this pitiful service, I went to buy my jewelry in a jewelry store that is respectful and provides good service to all customers who enter their store.

This place doesn't deserve any stars. I brought a severed gold bangle to be repaired. This bangle had extremely sentimental value for me since it belonged to my grandmother, she had worn it for over 70 years and it was the engagement bangle given to me by my grandfather. I inherited it when he died. After more than three weeks, someone called me to let me know that it was ready. When I go to pick it up, it is not my bangle, but a large rose gold bangle, very large. I tell the clerk that it's not my ring, she says she doesn't understand. I repeat that it is not my ring when describing my bangle. She tells me that there must have been some confusion and that she will return the ring and call me when the correct one comes back. She calls me the following week to tell me that he is still looking and to ask me for more details about the ring (size, color, etc.). Finally, they called me 10 days later to tell me that I could come and collect my ring. When I arrive, I am given a very thick gold ring which is still not my ring... this one is new, too thick, too large and perfectly round. It therefore becomes obvious that they lost my ring and tried to replace it with another similar one... The two old women standing stiffly at the counter showed no empathy towards the situation and even seemed to be putting off question what I was saying. In short, it was obvious that they would not find my ring. Avoid this place. The customer service is lousy and they will lose your valuables. I am devastated to have lost my grandmother's ring.

I have never written a goggle review but this store deserves one. Worst service and deserves no stars. I went to the store 3 times because my ring had been under repair for 1 month, which is not normal. They told me each time that if they hadn't called me it wasn't ready. The fourth time I hesitate on the fact that I have been waiting for a month. So I learn that they had lost my ring for a long time. A saleswoman told me she would follow up and call me back when she was ready. They call me, I go get it and they tell me they can't find my ring. I was then asked if I had been called to say that it was ready. I was frustrated because I had been waiting for a month and they were asking me with a stupid look if they had called me because she couldn't find her. They have no respect for the young adult clientele. I strongly advise against going shopping in the Promenades Saint-Bruno shop.

Wish I could give negative stars...This place is awful. Wish I would have read the reviews before going there. The reviews are unfortunately overwhelmingly true. Terrible customer service, the employees look down on you if you're not looking to spend a lot of money and are just plain mean.Stay away from this place!
