Myself and my daughter are Costco members for over 20 years and have never had such a bad experience like this in all these years.I sent my daughter to the pharmacy on February 04, 2022 to actually to replace a defective Lovenox injection syringe.This individual by the name of Vanessa operated number 310 was so rude to my daughter stating that she can’t just replace it just like that she had not even check with the pharmacist to see if it was possible.My daughter asked her kindly to please verify first. After the employee verified she said she could replace it however charged me full price for the replacement and did not even put it through on my assurance.This type of service with such horrible attitude towards customers is not accessible from any Costco employee
