This Costco is very confusing it is not setup like other Costco. Once you get in it is very disorienting. They have lots of variety but not everything like other Costco. No eye of round roast beefs, no carrot cake or muffins.

The working staff are great, always friendly, and super helpful when needed. However, when shopping among the shoppers, it's like trying to hike through the jungle. The only thing, I can't bring my machete, which makes it hard to navigate through the dense vegetation and having to dodge jumping monkeys. Anyhow, I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for some of the cashiers (not all of them) throwing our items after scanning them like as if it were trash, and not giving two $%#&s about it. In any case, every time I go, I'm improving my Tetris game!

Lots of people as can be expected. Was happy to see a local wine from the Saint-Basile winery available to 2 varieties. Picked up a few bottles and was happily surprised. This is a bigger Costco and the selection is better, carrying products that aren't available in smaller locations. My kids commented that the pizza from the restaurant wasn't as good as in Ontario. We picked up 3 whole pizzas, for a family gathering, and the crust was uneven and the cheese had gathered to one area off the pizza, for all three pizzas. Never had that happen before.

I tend to go to this Costco regularly. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. BBQ chicken is a must as is a quick stop at the fast food counter. Usually very busy, as are all Costcos in general.

I love to go to Costco, BUT is the 2nd and last time that I will buy roasted chicken. The flavour and meat consisten is terrible, like it was placed in a lot of water for a long time….. not far from a jellyfish texture.

Very similar to the one in Brossard, except it seems to be even more crowded. Specially the food court.

The only problem there are the clients, going everywhere with their cart like car drivers in India... But the staff is great, the selection is vast, pricing is usually worth it, though I do suggest taking the time to check, don't always assume that buying bigger means having that much of a better price. Pretty big, so if your kids are not in the cart, make sure to keep an eye on them considering i've never been to Costco without being in a sea of people, so it's easy to lose one of those little human if you're not being attentive.

This is by far the worst Costco I’ve been to. Yesterday, when I was leaving, the women checking the receipts at the door said I only paid for 3 cases of beer instead of 4. I told her that would’ve been her coworkers fault as I did not scan them myself. She then proceeds to tell me I’ll need to walk ALL THE WAY back to the cashes- against everyone who’s leaving- to pay for the 4th beer. Instead of trying to find an easier solution for this inconvenience, she hands me my receipt and said “ there you go” - she didn’t seem to care. HORRIBLE customer service.

The store is fine. Naima the Eye Care specialist was wonderful but Genevieve could use more customer oriented training. She ignored me until Naima noticed me standing there.

I have consistently had positive experiences with this store. The staff is exceptionally helpful, and returning items is a straightforward process regardless of their size or cost.

They have a nice variety of items for all types of people. Usually dont have to wait too long in lines. A lot of the staff are really nice but there are some managers or senior level workers who were rude and condescending. Their obsession with cards can be annoying. Despite being there with my partner i had to show my card along with his to be able to pay. As long as theres one card shown , it's ridiculous to force both of us to show cards to pay.

I came over to return an item. The service staff person sees I'm not using my own card to return the item. She goes "you're not allowed to use someone else's card!". I told her that "I was sent on the card owners behalf to return the item". If I use my own card, the reimbursement will get deposited to my account instead of to whom I'm trying do the returning for. I don't understand why service staff member would give me trouble for trying to help someone close who's already busy.
