0 stars. Redirected my expensive package to the wrong place, then didn’t have it after their tracking site said it was there since 2 days, basically losing it.

They refused to deliver the package because the address on my ID didn’t match the delivery address. Even though I proved it was my order by providing the confirmation email and tracking number, they still declined. It was an example of frustrating bureaucracy with no willingness to assist the customer.
