I love Mia jewelry. I have been a good customer until now. I spent a good amount of money on my last online order. When I received my order, I was less interested in a pair of earrings. So I decided to go to the store to exchange with another pair. Arriving at the store, I was informed that they could not carry out the exchange since I paid by Paypal (secure payment site). So I had to leave with earrings that I paid for and that I will never wear!? I am really disappointed since I was not informed when I paid.I do not recommend ordering jewelry from this store.

Ardene quality but Pandora price. The ring sizes displayed on their site do not correspond in any way to the real measurements. Additionally, you must pay shipping costs for a refund. I should have read the other reviews before placing my order

I brought back an earring that no longer closes a month after purchase. Of course I wore it but I thought I could wear it a little longer than that anyway. The employee without any consideration put her pliers in it, telling me that it is not exchangeable as it has already been worn and that it is my fault because I put too much weight on it without realizing it, and that she will fix it for me. After 3 attempts with the pliers, at the end of which the earring still does not close correctly, I notice that the jewel is now crooked; the buckle is misshapen, and although it clicks when closed, you have to put a lot of pressure with both hands for it to close. Although I asked her to compare it with the other buckle in the pair, which has always remained functional, to show her the problem with the jewelry, the employee completely ignored me.In short, it was my last visit to this Promenade St-Bruno counter.
