Party Expert is one of the largest party accessory and costume stores in Canada. The store offers a very wide choice and lots of beautiful things for Halloween, with several discounts on a multitude of products. Many find a nice atmosphere in store, with employees described as adorable, very kind, very helpful, and always ready to help and with a smile. Service is often fast. However, some recent reviews note issues. Some customers find the store dirty and poorly organized, with prices sometimes not correct or not displayed, leading to unpleasant surprises at checkout. There are mixed reports on staff; while some employees are praised, others, including a manager and some cashiers, are described as unpleasant, with an attitude that leaves something to be desired. One complaint mentions a manager who makes no effort to understand customers and looks very badly at employees and customers.
Lea and Sam did an incredible job making this ballon bouquet for me. Cant ask for anything better.

Very long to get my helium balloons (30 -40mins) and because of error on personalized balloon I asked for refund as I didn't have another 20 mins to wait. So expensive too for 6 baloons 68$
