I loved the place, having a DDD cup it is difficult to find a bra big enough and offering good support, but I was very well advised, I was able to find one to my liking which offered a patient comfort. I'm very happy to have gone there, the employees are really nice :)

Very good service with the stylist yesterday.
I felt comfortable while trying on clothes. I tried on clothes that I wouldn't have dared to try on. Usually finding clothes for me is not fun. But it was a very nice experience with the stylist.
Patient and frank. I felt that she wanted to help me find what could work for me.

I live in Sherbrooke and unfortunately the Pennington / Addition Elle store has been closed for several years. I was very well served especially when purchasing bras. I traveled 260 kilometers (3 hours round trip) to buy several bras and make sure they fit well, to choose the right size, the service at this store was totally lousy, the lady (Laurence), made no adjustments and simply said wear it with your sweater, a service of 0/10. Very disappointed, you will kill your brand with incompetent employees.
